BAN KHAI, THAILAND - The hydraulic hose division of Delta Hydraulics has been awarded Caterpillar Supplier Quality Excellence Process Certification (Silver).
Delta's hydraulic hose division commenced in February 2017. Delta provides Just In Time (JIT) delivery of hydraulic hoses to Caterpillar's two Thailand based OEM plants. Delta deploys sophisticated software systems to manufacture over 2,500 unique hose assemblies and deliver JIT on Point of Use Trollies.
SQEP Certification considers the performance metrics of quality PPM defects, Cpk process capability data and on-time delivery performance.
